How long will our build take?

Our standard build time is 5-6 months, depending on your house specification, and build site.

Do you offer masterbuild guarantee?

We offer Masterbuild Guarantee’s on all of our homes.

Will you organise all the building consents needed?

We will organise and submit all applicable building consents.

Will I need to communicate with any of the subcontractors or suppliers?

We will handle all communications with subcontractors to ensure your build is seamless. You will meet with some of the suppliers to see their samples and confirm your choices on finishings but we can accompany you to these meetings.

Can you help with subdivision management?

Definitely. We can manage all aspects of subdivision development through to multiple residence sites.

Are you able to help me with colour choices and styling?

Absolutely! We have an in-house interior designer that can assist you when choosing everything from wall colours, to tiles, to tapware.

Can I design my house from scratch?

Of course! We have an in-house designer that will help you each step of the way to design your house exactly how you want it.

 

Do you do additions to existing houses?

Yes! We can help you design and manage your next renovation.

Can we use our own sub-contractors?

Yes, we can work with your chosen sub-contractor and integrate them into our workflow.

What if I have a question during the build?

We are always only a phone call away and maintain regular communication throughout the build.

What is your maintenance period?

12 months from handover.

If I want to demolish and rebuild can you help with this?

We can organise every step of the knock down and rebuild.

How long does it take from full working drawings to issue of permit?

Once you are happy with your concept drawings we move onto full working drawings which takes approximately 4 weeks. From there, your plans are submitted to council and permits are released within approximately 20 working days.
